The old Calapan SDA Church waves its fortress along the busy street in Brgy Tibag, Calapan City. Soon, the over-all facelift of its structure will begin.
April 25, 2010 marked an important celebration for Calapan SDA history. A Ground-breaking Ceremony was conducted in church ground to commence construction of the church building. Side by side are the names of brethrens who braved the pens and logbook for self-proclaimed commitment.
And as far as the available funds were sourced out from GOD's grace, the cause for church building construction continues... braving all the odds beneath all uncertainties... GOD WILL PROVIDE!
Slowly but surely, the heights of all the brethrens' strength will be achieved. We were all humbled by GOD's presence. HE really provided everything.
All the brethrens' wishes came true. On that sunny day of April, Pastor Gene Villanueva, the President of South Central Luzon Conference led GOD's flock in marking the touch of shovels with the sands... rejoice all who witnessed, GOD's Grace poured on that day!
And from the sketch of the architect is the dream edifice we wanted to build. The first Chapter of building the Calapan Seventh-Day Adventist Church had begun...
